Can the Factory be reconstructed as an actual factory?
Reconstructing the Factory combines historical research with hands-on material testing and physical reconstruction to better understand not simply how these works look, but how they were actually made.
The project uses physical reconstruction as a research method—testing materials, tools, techniques, and production sequences against available historical evidence.
